Make the system usable
Requirements should be clear enough to follow consistently and strong enough to stand up to review.
Vincent BenenatiAbout
I work at the point where quality requirements, customer expectations, and service operations meet.
My professional experience brings together quality-system oversight, customer relationships, and contract execution across large, regulated service accounts.
On the quality side, I oversee ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliance. That includes internal audits, corrective actions, risk and impartiality assessments, document control, and audit readiness. I work with operations, technicians, and leadership to make sure the system is practical, defensible, and consistently followed in the field.
On the account side, I guide customers through the service lifecycle—from scope and quotations to annual renewals, performance reviews, and ongoing support. I coordinate internal reviews, serve as a primary customer contact, and support audits, vendor approvals, and quality documentation.
I value a structured, business-aware approach: understand the commitments, make responsibilities clear, follow the evidence, and use each review to improve the work. This connects compliance and service delivery with customer trust and long-term sustainability.
Requirements should be clear enough to follow consistently and strong enough to stand up to review.
Listen, communicate early, and keep service scope and expectations visible throughout the relationship.
Use audit findings, service data, and post-renewal reviews to address gaps and identify better ways forward.
